Lead Times

The lead time for each order will depend on the artwork purchased.
Prints that are made to order will have their production times clearly stated on the individual product page.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, in addition to the courier’s shipping time.

Shipping Methods

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour or Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

U.K. Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour - £3.99 (free delivery over £75.00)

U.K. Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - £5.99 (free delivery over £75.00)

If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number. Grace will provide support where possible, but she cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
